What did you learn today?

Remember when you were a child and your parents asked what you learned at school that day? That exercise is also helpful for us adults who usually rush through our days without thinking about how the day went.

Take some time at the end of each day to think about what you learned. What went well? You might want to use similar tactics in the future. Where could you have improved? Consider how you can be slightly better tomorrow.

If you don’t think about your days, you are simply having experiences…you aren’t really learning. In order to learn, you have to analyzed what happened and why.

Get just a little bit better each day.
